26 Consultants and Researchers graduate from 2016 InterSearch Academy

InterSearch Worldwide, a leading global executive search organization operating in more than 50 countries, congratulates all Executive search members, consultants and researchers who attended and have graduated from the 12th InterSearch Academy International Training Program recently held in Milan, Italy.

InterSearch AcademyThe 2016 Academy graduates are from InterSearch member firms operating in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, South Korea, Sweden, Ukraine and USA.

“The interest in our internal training session proved to be higher than usual this year and shows that the executive search industry is eager to refresh its knowledge and members are prepared to devote money and time to education and to enhance best practice”

said András Lipcsei Chairman of the InterSearch Academy.

“We are well aware that search and selection processes and client management is changing in the age of social media and electronic communication and is a great challenge for our industry, that’s why for a number of years the Academy team has focussed part of the program on demonstrating the best utilization of the newest technologies”

added Micheál Coughlan and Jonas Soenens, Academy team co-trainers.

“As stated in our foundation letter, at InterSearch we want our clients to enjoy their experience of working with us, as well as we want our Members, Consultants and Researchers to develop their careers working in our offices throughout the globe and to gain positive benefits from InterSearch.
