Andràs is Managing Director of P&P International Management Consulting
Co. Ltd Hungary and has been working in the past 17 years in executive search,
HR consulting and Management Audit in all industries, mainly multinational companies
expanding in Eastern Europe especially in Banking & Finance, Marketing & Sales,
Trading, Manufacturing.
Being responsible for the CEE market development in 1991-2003 he set up P&P
offices in Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania. Founder and co-trainer of the InterSearch
Academy.
Previously, for seven years long he has been working as Commercial Director and
member of the Board of one of the largest export-import companies of Hungary,
and held different managing positions in the tourist industry.
Graduated in Economics, he fluently speaks English and German besides his mother
tongue, and some Italian and Russian. Andràs is fellow member of the Economist
Intelligence Unit based in Vienna and Board member of the Hungarian Joint Venture
Association. His publications can be frequently read in different business and
HR magazines as well as professional websites.
